I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against RaceWire LLC, sponsors, coordinating groups and any individuals associated with the event, their representatives and assigns, and will hold them harmless for any and all injuries suffered in connection with this event. I attest that I am physically fit to compete in this event. Further, I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the foregoing to use my likeness in all media including photographs, pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose. Race management reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event due to events out of management's control such as weather, natural disasters or other emergencies. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances. Management may also alter the course and distances for the safety of the athletes. I understand that the entry fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. I know that running & walking in club races are potentially hazardous activities. I should not enter and run in club activities unless I am medially able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the run. I assume all risks associated with running and volunteering to work in club races including, but not limited to, falls, contacts with other participants, the effects for the weather, including high head and/or humidity, the conditions of the road and traffic on the course, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Road Runners Club of America, the North Medford club and all sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation it eh club activities even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the person name in the waiver.
